What do these terms mean?

 

ABV  Alcohol by Volume – the worldwide standard measure of how much alcohol is contained in a beverage.
SRM  Standard Reference Method – A system used to measure color intensity of a finished beer
IBU  International Bitterness Units – a standard measure of the bitterness of beer
